What do you include in the e-mail coaching between lessons?
A: We provide different levels of coaching and guidance based on the situation. For example we may provide acknowledgement or fine-tuning on team committed actions, assist in problem-solving issues that surface within a team, or simply answer questions about the program or best practices.

Relative to this program, what is the role of internal and external coaches we already use?
A: We partner with internal or external coaches in sharing the role of reporting progress and providing support for each team. Since this is about “guiding” versus “training,” you can easily use more than one coaching source to support the success of your team.

Do you suggest a pre-reading assignment before presenting the lessons?
A: Pre-reading is a great way to get people mentally prepared for the work you are about to do as a team. If you plan to assign pre-reading, our suggestion is to use The Power of Personal Accountability by Mark Samuel, included in your package. You can use the schedule below as a guide:
Before lesson 1: Read the Introduction and Chapters 1 and 2
Before lesson 2: No assignment
Before lesson 3: Read Chapters 3 and 4
Before lesson 4: Read Chapters 5, 6 and 7
Before lesson 5: Read Chapter 8 and the Conclusion
Before lesson 6: Review Conclusion Chapter
